We are Septiola Consulting, established in 2013, based in Indonesia.

We provide services for filing the application for registration of your trademark and patent in Indonesia and other countries, and other services related to intellectual property matters in Indonesia and other countries.

Our other service is the translation into Indonesian language (Bahasa) of patent specifications and any other documents related or not related to intellectual property matters.

Trade/Service Mark

Mark shall mean a sign in the form of a picture, name, word, letters, figures, composition of colors, or combination of said elements, having distinguishing features and used in the activities of trade in goods or services.

Trade Marks shall mean a Mark that is used on goods traded by a person or by several persons jointly or a legal entity to distinguish the goods from other goods of the same kind.

Services Mark shall mean a Mark that is used for services traded by a person or by several persons jointly or a legal entity to distinguish the services from other services of the same kind.

Patent

Patent shall mean an exclusive right granted by the State to an Inventor for his Invention in the field of technology, for a certain time, to exploit his Invention or to authorize another person to exploit it.

Invention shall mean an Inventor’s idea that is poured in any activity of solving a specific problem in the field of technology, either in the form of a product or process, or an improvement and development of a product or a process.
